What you may do
You may use the service to send and receive email, configure domains and API keys, and give your own users or systems access through the API. You may not use it for unsolicited bulk mail, fraud, or to bypass someone else's security.
Your account
You are responsible for the email address, password, and authenticator codes. You can change your name, password, attach an authenticator, revoke sessions, and delete keys. We may suspend an account for abuse. Write to [email protected] to contest a suspension.
Personal data in mail
When you send or receive mail for your organisation you are the controller of that content. We are the processor. That is set out in the data processing agreement, which you accept when you create an account.
Liability
We fix faults we caused. The service is provided without a guarantee of unbroken availability. Report faults to [email protected].
Changes and governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by the ordinary courts. Consumers may also use the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes and EU dispute resolution.
