This page is updated by hand. Every incident that affects mail delivery, the API or sign-in is written here, including the ones nobody noticed.

Incidents
None recorded. The log starts here rather than at the first outage, so an empty list means nothing has happened yet, not that we started counting after something did.
What we commit to
There is no service level agreement on the free plan, and none is implied on paid plans until card payment opens and the terms say otherwise. PineMail is run by one company on one dedicated server.
Mail already delivered is stored in Helsinki and is not deleted to make room. Planned work that takes the service offline is announced here first, and by mail to account addresses if it lasts longer than an hour.
Reporting something
Mail [email protected] with what you saw, when, and the address involved. A message id from the email log makes it faster.
