PineMail is operated by PineCore Systems, a trading name of Bröderna Saxin AB, registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) under company number 559379-4364. VAT number SE559379436401. The registered seat is Nora Municipality, Örebro County, Sweden.

Where it runs
Hetzner Online GmbH, dedicated server in Helsinki, EU. All persisted application data stays there.

How it is paid for
By subscriptions, once card payment opens. There is no advertising, no data sold to third parties, and no profiling of message content for any purpose other than delivering and filtering your mail.
The free plan is limited on purpose, to what one server can carry. When the reserved storage on the host runs out, sign-up closes rather than degrading for everyone already here.
Where it stands
PineMail is new. The transactional API, the mail client, the calendar, the file store, IMAP and SMTP submission are built and running. Card payment is not open. The status page lists each component and every incident.
Getting in touch
[email protected] reaches us for anything: support, invoicing, data protection, or a question before you sign up. There is no ticket system to work around.
